Your workspace designer will always propose a plan based on your business requirements, workspace best practice and agile working methods, but additional desks, furniture, meeting rooms, phone booths, and private offices are all possible.
We understand how important your brand presence is to your workspace, so our core offering includes your logo in acrylic lettering near the entrance, your chosen meeting room names in manifestation, and your chosen wall colours in the meeting rooms and reception area.
We fit out the space to match your personalised floor plan, from furniture, right down to kitchen utensils, so it’s ready to use from move-in day.
Personalised meeting rooms for collaboration fitted with a screen, whiteboard, A/C, stationary plus sound-proof phone booths for those quick calls.
Each kitchen comes fitted with all key appliances, plus a high-quality bean-to-cup coffee machine, filtered water tap, and utensils, and is regularly stocked with high-quality tea & coffee, and milk.
Your space will be fitted out with two diverse fibre lines; Private VLAN; Public IP and on-going IT support is provided.
All utilities and on-going cleaning & maintenance of your workspace are managed by us. Cleaning is conducted every weekday morning and lunchtime.
Our dedicated Workspace Experience team take care of everything. They are there to manage your experience letting your team focus on what they do best.
You will be provided with your own personal digital platform to help manage the space.
