How it works for landlords

1. You sign an LOI

First, you sign a risk-free LOI which enables us to create marketing material, confirm full fit-out costs and produce a construction pack.

2. We start marketing

We market your space to traditional markets via tenant rep and retained agents, and to the flex market via flex brokers and direct marketing channels. We provide regular updates on all sales activity.

3. Tenant customisation

Our Design team works with the tenant to design a workspace layout, agree branding and accessories, and any additional customisation.

4. You receive a signed commitment

Only once a tenant is sourced, you approve the deal. We manage the legal process and secure a signed short form lease contracted directly between you and the tenant.

5. We manage the delivery

Our in-house Project Management team manages the end-to-end build process and tenant communication, delivering quickly and efficiently.
